I do not accept returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me via email:

I will always ship to the address that is provided unless otherwise noted. I personally deliver all packages myself directly inside the post office. So once they leave my hands I am not liable for loss or theft.
I do not accept returns. Please read the item description carefully & check the item’s measurements before purchasing to insure a good fit.
I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.

For customers outside Indonesia:
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Indonesia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
